Maison Alize began as a small corner kitchen with one intention: that a meal should feel like being welcomed home by someone who adores you. Fourteen years later, the copper still gleams, the bread is still pulled from the oven at dawn, and the maître d’ still remembers how you take your coffee.
Our kitchen sources from growers we know by name. Our room is dressed in marble, aged oak and candlelight. Between the two lives the reason people return — an evening that lingers long after the last spoon is set down.
Artisan Breakfast
Laminated pastries baked at dawn, soft eggs, seasonal fruit and slow pour coffee.
Gourmet Lunch
Bright, seasonal plates built from that morning’s market and finished with quiet precision. Light enough to carry the afternoon.
Signature Dinner
Candlelit courses written around the finest produce of the day, paced so the evening unfolds rather than passes.
